It's only udridstoload=7 and this mod.
For the mountains i'm using "Vivid Landscapes - Rocking Stones and Mountains Parallax ". That should be all as far as i can remember^^
You should also check out "Enhanced distant terrain 2".

Still need to unify the background render results sometimes it's way to bright , i guess it is the light lod i can see this mighty wall moving and darkening the area if reached maybe it's also the shadow lod distance.
