ENBSeries wrote:Seems not many users interested in water, but i remember much screams "aaaahhh! i want tesselation dx11!!!111111". When it come to practice, all those "famous" modders are little kids who can only use CrazyBump to generate normals and nothing else. I'm tired from modding.
I'm *FUCKING* interested in what you're doing about water.
Same than for Bronze316 : I can't stop tweaking your works.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.233

I'm gonna jump in here and say I am VERY interested in what you're doing with water! I recently introduced a friend to ENB in Skyrim and he couldn't get over how good the water looks and that was in version 0.229. Everytime I think there's nothing left to be done in ENB, you come out with something spectacular! What you're doing is quite simply amazing... no one, and I mean NO ONE else has even tried what you've accomplished. A DX9 game looking close to or even better than some of the best DX11 games? That's unbelievable!

So, Boris, THANK YOU for what you're doing, and keep it up (please!) as long as you can and take breaks as you need to. You're a genius but not a machine :)

Re: TES Skyrim 0.233

Version is working great. I wish my water mod was properly updated with height maps\
Using realistic water 2 with its 'experimental' height map...

Re: TES Skyrim 0.233

Folks, i can't find one of very first water mods which downloaded from Nexus and i think it have one of the best textures for this game. May be someone know? File name is:
WaterFull_High_Resolution_v1_3-711-1-3.7z (9.33 mb)
it contain only textures in "effects" folder (many) and one default in "water" folder. That default is on the screenshot resized:

It will take a lot of time to draw proper heights for that maps and they can't be published without author, but may be author him/her self can do it?

Re: TES Skyrim 0.233

Boris, I finally helped you find the answer. It is called "Realistic Water Textures" v1.3 by isoku.
I downloaded the same file, its name is "Full_High_Resolution_v1_3-711-1-3.7z" (9.33MB) in my old skyrim mod folder.

"Realistic Water Textures" was removed from nexus by isoku for a long time.
His another mod is "Realistic Water Two": http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41076//?

Re: TES Skyrim 0.233

Boris
Thank you for all the awesome updates lately^^

Used water texture from "nvidia island tech demo" for fun(should prbly set it as ocean), it is a little low res :>
Maybe helpful for water modders I don´t know^^

I set these settings inside Skyrim.ini to compensate alittle.
[Water]
fTileTextureDivisor=1.0000
fSurfaceTileSize=256.0000

@Boris
It's by isoku if you work with him on water it would be blasting if you maybe could work with him on his rain splashs and add some ENB 3D Magic to it :)
