Hi! I've been trying to get ENB working with Fallout 3 for the past couple of days now and I can't get rid of a weird detailed shadow bug that occurs at the edge of my screen:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ia81UPfPAus

New shadows are created if there isn't any and they dissapear if there are shadows, the shadows is just overall not static in places they are supposed to be (aside for the sun movement).

This only occurs outdoors. I have dissabled both game and hardware AA and AF, I have re installed the game without any other mods, I have tried all different ENB versions (both injector and wrapper), I have tried it with nvidia drivers 314.22, 327.23 and 331.65.

I have a gtx 670, intel i5 2500k oc @ 4.5 GHz and 8gb ram @ 1600 MHz.

I've been googling like crazy and the only similar thing I've found is this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ImKGUPrM44

Is there a way to fix this?

It's how they work, in screen space tracing.

Could you elaborate? Is there any other option than screen space tracing?

Ok, on another note then, which ENB effects works with hardware AA?

Edit: I'm also quiet sure that there's more to my shadow problem than your method of generating them. I haven't seen the problem a single time in ENB showcasing videos while it happens all the time everywhere (except for indoors) for me. Flickering ambient occlusion while moving (especially in the distance and in grass) is also something that happens for me but not for anyone else. I'm also quiet sure that there would've been more complaints about the shadows/ao if the game looks like this for everyone, since the game is not even remotely playable like this for me.

Antialiasing unsupported. Flickering - increase quality.

Is AA unsupported with every effect? Found a thread where you wrote that "Reflections, ssao/ssil, image based lighting, particle lights" was dissabled if AA was used, but this was for skyrim. I want to use the DoF only from ENB and try to make it look as good as possible with hardware AA and SweetFX, since detailed shadows and AO doesen't work /or doesen't look very pleasing to me.

I've been using the most popular presets for fallout 3 and also tweaked some myself, so I would guess that the quality is increased to maximum. Have tried downsampling from 3840x2160 to 1920x1080 as well which gave the same result pretty much, only looks good when standing still.

Fallout is not Skyrim, antialiasing completely unsupported with any effect.

Sorry for uping this thread again, but is there a way to only render the depth pass in the game? That way I can record the scene multiple times and apply the depth of field in post. The goal here is to try and make a really good looking video of the game, which requires a bit more effort than just taking good looking screenshots.

Edit depth of field effect to output depth data only from it.
