I've seen this before with AMD's Anti-Aliasing Method being more than Multisampling,
so try setting the Filter to Standard and Multisampling. I had to revert from 13.11beta9.2
to 13.10beta2 because AMD put 120fps for xfire vSync that caused the screen tearing.

Added shadow quality and noise parameters for those users who see noise and prefer discrete artifacts. Also turned on for nvidia users new depth capture mode for proper ssao and similar depth depended effects under water when underwater silhouette enabled.
Alright. Disabling the noise parameter solves my issue.
I was not able to test the ssao and dof problem with depth capture mode, file replaced by the time i read this thread.
Hope a workaround comes up for AMD.

Борис, а есть возможность добавить к подводным эффектам эффект каустики?
И это относится не только к подводным эффектам, допустим в пещере с водой данный эффект по идее должен распространяться не только на подводную часть но и на надводные поверхности, стены потолок и т.д. Смотрелось бы сказочно.
А про такие лучики и пузырьки я вообще молчу, возможно ли?

Thank you for the update, everything looks good but i want to report that with versions 0.233 and 0.234 the booting time for skyrim has increased alot. And i know more people had the same problem.
