Re: TES Skyrim
Guys, i have a lot of bad experience with perception of players, especially for GTA4 mod, but now it's standart (and all gta5 trailers are fake). I stopped posting updates on nexus site, because it have some rules which i can't accept and at same time the project is running only for get as much money as possible, it's very noticable, so why to bother with it? Instead of trying to make an epic screenshots which noone notice (as casual users don't have any artistical feeling), find most rated screenshots and make clones. It's out of understanding why they like some screens or not. For example this one is best for my pervert mind:

My file named UTIL_LingerieSetPlusv11-23589-v11, but it's one of the top files on nexus (for Oblivion), search by keyword "Lingerie" there, if you are playing TES Oblivion. Unfortunately, i did a lot of screenshots and videos with version for oblivion and nice clothes, but deleted, as they are too much adult.
Removing presets is not required, just remove binary files from them. Make description where to get them and post link to download page of my site or your own (or post on file sharing archive with pay per download). I just can't be the passive sponsor of that fascistic web site, if you spend so much time to make preset, why to give money to third party dude? depositfiles.com will be better to get some bucks.

Re: TES Skyrim
I'll comply with your wishes when I put my updated file up as I delete my files each time I update anyway, so I'll just do it then as it will be easier and less hassle free for me.ENBSeries wrote:Removing presets is not required, just remove binary files from them. Bare in mind however that according to Nexus policy users are not obliged to change or remove anything in files that are already up if they had prior permission to use them. So I think you'd find it an uphill battle trying to get everyone's ENB removed that didn't comply with your wishes, not to mention it might tarnish your reputation, so I think it would be better to just let them slide and enforce it for further use. Just more trouble than it's worth in my opinion.
Just thought I'd point that out to you in case you wasn't already aware of it.Skyrim Nexus wrote:You cannot allow other mod authors to modify or use your resources and then change your mind and expect them to remove your content from their work. Of course it's not in a hurry to remove files, do it at next update.
Better to stay in nescience.Boris, you HAVE to tell me... what does ENB stand for? (Extra Naughty Boyo?)

This is against rules of my license, the first one. It contain text that i can change license at any moment. Nexus can write anything about that, but the only one license is valid here - mine. When any software or trademark is sold to other company, license changes and all previous versions removed from i-net, this is well known practice. Also a absolutely don't care about reputation, development cost me in times more money that i have from advertisement on the site, nobody give me a beer in real life and no friends from that reputation. Why should i increase profit of nexus staff by my work and be limited in there at same time? I even want to migrate from google adsense advertisement now, because of their new rules. You suggest me to stay nice and charmy in this circumstances? No way.Bare in mind however that according to Nexus policy users are not obliged to change or remove anything in files that are already up if they had prior permission to use them. If they use rules like that, this is additional reason to remove the mod, as this is against license. Permission is not granted for entire life or exclusively, unless specified. Do you know icenhancer? He did the most horrible shit i ever knew against license (and not only mine), but i gave him permission to do this, so do you think i'm just a crazy freak boy? There are things which i can't ignore, that's the point. If nexus will ignore me, ddos will be nice solution to change mind. You cannot allow other mod authors to modify or use your resources and then change your mind and expect them to remove your content from their work.
