Re: Enhanced Lightning for ENB, updated 12/05

Bad news on the installer... same problem as last time. NMM says it ran it ok, but then none of the esps were updated.

Re: Enhanced Lightning for ENB, updated 12/05

Thanks for the Update. Wanted to try this out for quite some time now and I guess with the Update its the Perfect Time.^^
Will come back and give you some Feedback once I played a bit more with it.
Newest NMM Installer works fine for me, tried every option and it installs like it should.
Btw, "ELE-Skyrim Conbined.esp.esp"? The double .esp bothers me a lot for some reason. : D

Re: Enhanced Lightning for ENB, updated 12/05

Just installed week49 and it installed correctly for both combined and separate (and normally I have trouble with it).

Side not, and sorry if I missed it, but I did not see the RS Light Color in the download - is it no longer there or do I need to use the one you linked seperately?

EDIT: I had another question but I solved that one myself :)

Updated? if you mean overwritten then you are installing it wrong. It should not be any old ELE files in the Data or texture folder.
Remove all old ELE files, run ELE NMM Installer, select the options to install and finish the installation process.

I don't have any issues with it transferring the files from the fomod folder into the Data and Data/texture/sky folder and neither does Wolfgrimdark as well as Flrian it seems.

Flrian;

You're welcome.
Ah I missed that :P I took for granted that I needed to name the esp plugin with it's file extension .esp inside the TESVEdit.
I will correct that for the ELE Update v0.0.4 release.

wolfgrimdark;

Great to hear.

Hmm I might have missed that one as well, that will also be corrected in the ELE Update v0.0.4 release.

Texture file in greygradient sun folder is called NEWsun.dds
Also, you didn't include dragonborn weathers module.

The uploading it at a late hour shows it marks it seems.

I did not upload it as I don't think it is worth uploading, I did those changes under 15-20 minutes or so.
New weather adjustments for the Dragonborn weathers will be released tomorrow with the 0.0.4 update, or monday morning/afternoon perhaps.

Re: Enhanced Lightning for ENB, updated 12/05

BOSS puts Weathers module before Interior Lighting one and both of them before ELFX. Had to create override rule.
Is there a particular reason for lighting modules having to go before weathers?

Re: Enhanced Lightning for ENB, updated 12/05

The ones that do matter how you load is Interior lighting modules and the other interior cell content modules, Light Bulbs and FX Effects/Emittance, RS Light Color. The Interior lighting modules should always be placed after any light bulb or interior content changer to take full effect.

And if there is a mod that makes changes to for instance the Cell menu I need to create a plugin for it so that my wont overwrite that mod.

Well, maybe it's because I originally installed via the previous NNM installer. But in that case, the old modules should be removed. I don't get a notification that a newer version will be installed. Nor does it ask if I want to overwrite the existing modules. Both of those are "standard" NMM behaviors, but they aren't happening for me. I'll try some trouble shooting, but this is one of very few, maybe the only, NMM package I've seen this behavior from. I wish I could give you better info than that.

Re: Enhanced Lightning for ENB, updated 12/05

I have created and uploaded a NMM package outside the Nexus site and that is why you don't get a update notification, because the NMM package does not reside in the Nexus servers.
As for the overwrite notifications, I don't know why they don't show up I tested it right now and the overwrite notification message bar popped up and asked me if I wanted to overwrite old ELE files with new ELE files.
