Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.237
Just for info. Dynavision is well-known ENB breaker. As well as other DoF mods.

Yeah Xilandro is right, no game DOF with ENB, gives problems with transparency and stuff.

@Boris,
Why do buildings not cast shadows with your ENB ?
And why are the shadows so short, they look unnaturally short.
If you look at a game like Borderlands for instance you really get the idea that it's the real thing.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.237
Detailed shadows are not projected shadows and i don't want to make projected, mod is not popular enough to spent time, i rather do some job or more intereresting things to games i like.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.237
Ah OK, so that is the difference, sounds logical.
Shame that you don't like the game.
Oh well, i hardly ever play the game anymore.
I actually only still mod the Fallout game, i play other games and they look fine.
Projected shadows look a lot better.
So if you do like a game, projected would be the way to go i guess..

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.237
Yes like you guys said and I too, glitches. But ok for me.
Im in DOF from game settings. On in Enb. Off in Dynavision 3. But I like features like horizon clean and URLW effect.
Have a more specific question now: how can I tweak ambient occlusion only at nights? For me, Adaptation parameter is very strong at nights. Using Adaptation On, ambient occlusion is ok on days, but the nights going too bright (Im trying to balance very-very bright days and some-very-dark nigths).

Ambient occlusion work the same at any time of the day, so i didn't time of the day controls for it and you can't modify night setting.

Ok.ENBSeries wrote:Ambient occlusion work the same at any time of the day, so i didn't time of the day controls for it and you can't modify night setting.
I can tweak some lighting settings, like AmbientLightingIntensityNight, to simulate small variations and fake the effect I wish. Am I correct?

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.237
Boris, question,
Does the ENB "know" or regognize when the player aims/zooms in ?
Cause you have been doing something to take care of the transparency problem a while back,
i was curious if you have a variable set somewhere in your code that could be measured
in one of the effect files, preferably in the enbeffectprepass.fx file.
If so that would open up the possibility to change the DOF when i aim with my gun.
i suspect it isn't there, but i am just curious..
