Okay, i know where is the problem, but have no idea yet what exactly. Do you have sweetfx or crapware of any kind? Because additional samplers do not work properly. I'll make another builds now, but just asking

You can use SMAA with ENB by itself. Just download the standalone version and add the .DLL to the proxy section. Never had a problem with it that way, in fact I use it with PNENB. Never had to mess with SweetFX.

Doesn't matter, it's not my bug, samplers 10,11,12 do not work. Replacing them with others can be a solution, but i prefer not to, it's not my bug.

Ha darn.
But i am mad because so far i am only one with this problem.
I have tried vanilla skyrim default ENB files, reverting drivers everything, no solution.
The way you say it about samplers, this should mean other people with AMD or whatever the cause should have the same issue.

Once again i ask other users to set wave amplitudes to 1.0 (or higher) and test 0.236 and 0.243 binary. If you find no change to the intensity of waves report. It will be much easier to notice or differentiate if you use the GUI editor circle and spin around. An example screenshot of the problem is in previous pages.

@Kyo
I request you specially to do this test. Because i use one of your presets and we both pretty much maintain a stable overall pc system. Logically preset should have nothing to do with this. But if you do not have this problem then it is proven AMD problem, and i will stop asking for fix. But if you have the problem too ................

It's not because of preset. Samplers are special registers for textures, i assigned another for displacement only and set their properties to same, which used for original textures from 2-6 samplers (depending from shader), there is no other sampler state at all, so if texture readed wrong, it's other software modify them, drivers or textures passed to them are incorrect. Disabling precache for water apply original non optimized textures to these sampler, you may try, but even if water start to work, it's just another unfixable bug which means texture format unsupported or failed to copy, again not inside the mod.

Don't worry dear you're not alone, I had problem with water since the 0.241, now I've your problem too with the 0.243, same water mod, same texture etc.., funny thing is that a lot of people aren't using the parallax water anymore in some screens if I see so no report about that I think (a bad thinking I know and maybe rude, but this is what I see around), so don't use it or use the 0.236, I've even reverted the AMD drivers and I get the same, so how know what a hell could be :D

Ah and if you want to know my spec are quite the same, the difference it's that I've a i7 3770k and a 7950.
