Re: TES Skyrim 0.245

I cannot find any visible sun scattering effect on water even if I set sunscattering values to max.
both in W.A.T.E.R & purewater with parllax texture

I properly installed newest enbhelper (dll) plugin and set also AA / AF off , floatpointtarget to 1.
every option except that works fine.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.245

Version updated, download again
I don't remember what changed, except these: bugfix for one type of soft particles when they are invisible with the sky on background in some locations; restored old code in shader recompiler, because at least one user had problem on amd card (but it's not a bugfix, may be specific workaround for his hardware/software); did a lot of optimizations to ambient occlusions of supersampling mode and standart, don't know even if they work faster or not, because did tweaks the fastest on my own videocard (performance may be the same or greater, this depends from various parameters of [SSAO_SSIL] category).

Re: TES Skyrim 0.245

This one is fantastic!
Supersampling is for the first time playable and within your expected performance range.
It's ~0.015sec now vs. ~0.045sec on previous binaries.

Code: Select all

EnableSupersampling=true
UseIndirectLighting=true
UseComplexIndirectLighting=true
UseComplexAmbientOcclusion=true
UseAmbientIndirectLighting=true
SamplingQuality=-1
SamplingPrecision=0
SamplingRange=0.3
SizeScale=1.0
SourceTexturesScale=1.0
FilterQuality=3
FilterType=0
AOType=0

^^^^ THIS EXACTLY :shock:

Boris, I have to understand what you did. This runs as if on steroids and looks fantastically gorgeous.
Plus, triangulation artifacts are gone, even with latest WHQL drivers.
Performance hit now lies mainly in ILType=1, wich is much more intensive than 0.
It doesn't happen too often I call you genius, since I'm not sucking, but frankly...

Re: TES Skyrim 0.245

Hey Boris;

Again I just want to say, thanks for sticking with me - although I did full clean Skyrim install yesterday, didn't solve my problem drivers/game kept crashing, so it wasn't Skyrim, no textures or mods were added, only ENB. After that I just got fed up and did format C: with clean windows install.
Needless to say, you were right and it wasn't ENB. I'm on the latest drivers now and have no problems at all (FixParallax=true)

I still don't know what could have been the cause, probably corruption in OS/driver is my guess, but I don't need to think about this now as everything seems to work perfectly.

Going to check your new release now.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.245

I'd like to know difference in performance of ssao after this update, but not from kaffeekranz or others who have strange results.

nitroviper
Is this version fixed anything to you or i need to prepare old builds for testing?
