What is the proper name of area around sun on it's texture? Glare is optical phenomena for lenses, but this one is how air is lit. I named this "corona" in several mods, but don't think it's correct name. Glow?

Would have name it Corona as well.
After quick googleing, it seems that " Glow "is the right word for the right thing, yes.

I don't think it's halo or nimbus, because what i mean is brighter air around direction to the sun. Anyway, i don't see any suitable name and can't wait any longer just to choose it.

The surface of the sun is called the photosphere, and the glow around the sun is the corona.

The loop around the sun is also called the Prominence.

Prominence – A bright feature that extends above the surface of the Sun, often in the shape of a loop.
