I can confirm the Black Sky bug too. I have GPU: HD 7950 3GB (AMD). CPU: FX-6350 @3.90 Ghz (AMD).
Whenever I enable the shadows effect and I set my options>display options>Visual FX to anything higher than Low (Low doesn't have any shadows) I get the Black Sky bug.
Also I found out another bug but I don't know if its already a Known Bug... If you enable the water effect, the water is invisible/a light blue color like the sky one. Remember I have an AMD graphics card with the latest drivers 13.12.
By the way Boris I really appreciate you're taking your time to update GTA SA ENB, thanks a lot bro! you made it possible to play SAMP with SSAO at 100fps

@mindstalker: it's better that way because even a little brightening on a white car makes car reach full white so a white car + full reflection would result in a such extreme bright car that it reaches sun brightness and so getting lenz flares and way too strong bloom. I mean, look at a bright car in reallife, you see almost no difference between dark and white reflected objects, you can't mirror yourself but on a black car you can. On a black car, bright sky and dark ambient have a strong contrast.

Pure white do not produce reflection, all light from white is "reflected" in all directions, outcoming summ of lighting can't be greater than incoming.
Shadows are not subtracted, not in this game, not anywhere else. In gtasa they are applied as overlay after most objects drawed, i'm not going to make full deffer to support proper shadow "blending", these shadows are awful anyway.

Really? (color-shadow)+reflection=(color+reflection)-shadow.reflections should be added after the shadow is substracted.

AMD user here, I tested the new version and the sky is still black but only when shadows are enabled, with it off everything is fine

tested a latest version, still black sky sir, same issues, if i've turned on the shadow, sky had a black and....dunno what happen with this CJ :|

Hey Boris, to help you out I took my time to make some videos about the bugs I found out about... I'm an AMD user as I said before... Both GPU and CPU. My game has the default timecyc...

Yo bro, The last bug from my friend is from an nvidia user (he has an nvidia card thats some years old but its nvidia). I'm and amd user and I would love to keep beta testing your mod to keep finding bugs etc so if you need any AMD Beta tester feel free to PM me, I think we could add eachotehr on an instant messaging service or join a teamspeak 3 server and start testing it... if not I would reccomend you to get a Base Line AMD GPU so you can provide better support and a better experience ti your mod users... For real-world glossy white surfaces that's not true. Namely, white car paint has reflections but looks white.

And, as i know, that blending operation is not assotiative with the addition operation.
So,
blend((color+reflection), shadow)
is not equal to
blend(color, shadow) + reflection
That's what I wanted to say.
It's sad that proper shadowing is unreachable for now
