May be you can't run fast enough because ssao SizeScale and SourceTexturesScale were not reduced 2 times accordinly to supersampling? There is no reason to run them in bigger than screen size resolution.
What about Sampling range?
EDIT: Ok, I tried with the Size and Source scales by half, and this gained me about 5 fps, though still only running at 25 FPS. It really looks amazing though
Was it correct to reduce the scales by half, or should I have reduced to 25% of original?
By the way I now have a laptop with i7-4700HQ 2.4GHz and a GTX 780M 4GB, 24GB RAM....
