The most glaring differences are in these lines:
iMaxAnisotropy=16
iMultiSample=1
iPresentInterval=0
I know that iMultiSample gets set to 1 when you have it set to 0 and run SkyrimLauncher.exe. Is this line intentionally 1 or did SkyrimLauncher.exe change it?
As for the other two, should these values be used in conjunction with their equivalent functions in enblocal.ini? Or is it an either/or situation?

These setting are harmless. Restore original skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini for your own good.

Hello, I'm testing 0.250 right now and I'm not able to make mist/fog work.
How is it supposed I have to activate this? I check the mist feature and start to change numbers randomly under "mist" section, but I can't notice any change in horizon.
Is it supposed I have to deal with those "anchors" you have been talking about? I'm not a programmer, I haven't the faintest idea about what is this. :?
Any help to start with this?

Anchors are not required. You should see mist with default preset, so if it's not visible and setting saved and applied, then may be weather system active? Is enbhelper.dll installed and stats in GUI show that it's initialized?

I was hoping to use the normals along with the eye(I) vector for edge effects like dot(N, I). I think if we, the public lol, had access to this information you would find a lot of creative uses of it. Just look how creative people get with the presets with the information they do have.number6
Definetly you don't need normals in enbeffect.fx shader, at least because any manipulations with them corrupt transparent objects, ssao, mist, ibl, etc etc etc. 3d is 3d, post process is post process and every request must have idea behind it, not just wasting time for useless features which can't be used.

If you talk about artistic styles like cell shading, it's different story and planned in far far future. Just normals are not enough for such things.
