Experimenting with a more Immersive SSAO setup, keeping renderspeed nicely in the high 20s
SSAO is a crazy Psychovisual thing you don't see or even percept it's impact as the chroma is overflowing it really until it's fully stable rendered and merged with the chroma.
Funnily Boris SSAO doesn't take the highest render impact here but changes things significantly in perception, pretty crazy if you think about the fact it has the highest or second highest perception impact here
In Motion thought there are a lot more small problems that hurt the Gameplay Immersion result that aren't really visible in a still screenshot

Oyama what is the Performance difference if you cut any Downsampling out of your Render chain and render plain out in 1080p ?
and especialy cutting anything external out that the user would need to change in his CP setting.
And what really interests me what is the Power consumption for those Results ?
