Realism ENB update

Hey I don't know if their is a fix for this but every time I put in the d3d9 file the game crashes on start and when I remove the file , the game runs perfect but of course the enb effects don't work. If I use the injector the game runs fine but the enb startup message doesn't show and the editor or hotkeyes don't show anything when pressed. I'm running win 8.1 64 bit
