Ставлю версию енб http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30936/?tab=1.. "option A performance", мелькания нет. А так стоит "option A full". Если в настройках енб в игре включаю "occlusion culling", частота мелькания увеличивается. Когда менял настройки версии "option A performance", мелькание на персонаже включалось галочкой "reflection", а мелькание неба "volumetricrays", "mist".

Значит у тебя что-то другое.
Просто до недавнего фикса эта раса вызывала косяки с освещением. Думал может оно.
