GPU: SLI 780

The game loads up fine to the menu, but as soon as I load my save, or even start a new game, it crashes to desktop when the loading screen comes up. This happens with and without SLI enabled.

Skyrim works just fine, however. I've tried the default settings and various downloaded ones.

Using the latest drivers.

I'm using the default 257 with no modifications and get a crash every time I try to load any save game. It was working just fine earlier. What information can I provide that might help?

While trying various things I decided to run the game as Administrator. I can confirm that this allows me to at least load the save games that were crashing each time and I've tested it several times. The loading crash is always present when I do not run as Administrator. I'm not sure why this works or it will crash later, but hope it helps.

It also crashes if I force SLI AFR2 regardless of running as Administrator.

Update: It was merely a fluke and the game started crashing again. It seems to be some random. On one start up it will work just fine and on the next it will crash.

It just opened a new tread regarding this Problem. Maybe someone can merge my Post? I think multicore seems to be the Problem.

Since Boris has been trying hard to find the cause of the issue, we encouraged him to lay off the crash reports and continue development.
