Re: Dark Souls 2 v0257

I get SSAO flickering in Iron Keep (When I had it enabled) and changing the ambient curve causes black screen / objects. No crashes though, and everything else works fine.

Now, I do run with AMD HD 7870, so that may very well be the cause. I currently have SSAO Disabled, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the game anyway, so it's not too big of a deal.

Ok, give me your saves with video guide where to go for crash. But it's useless, others play hours here without single crash, what the reason to ask me if don't have also?

Fixing of ambient curve took too long time, i don't know why it worked after first fix and not now, but it's one more game bug not related to the mod and i'm starting to get mad from all of these, all pseudo famous games are crap, modern coders can be web designers only or peacekeepers.

Boris, is it possible to change the factor for downsampling resolutions (AddDisplaySuperSamplingResolutions=true) from 2 to 1.5 ?

No, not now, i use hardware downscaling, but requested feature (like in GTA4 version) require shader based code and it's very hard to debug and known as incompatible with many drivers, especially AMD, so at least i need to find out why crashes occur now.

Here's my save game. Just copy the file to APPDATA\Roaming\DarkSoulsII\2178261790031\ when you load it up you will be in one of the areas that still has AO flickering.

Re: Dark Souls 2 v0257

Alright, the newest update is working perfect for now. Thanks B.
All environment parameters working fine, no more AO flickering (in Majula and a couple of places I checked that I know had disappearing AO) and no more black characters / locations.
..and so many new users. I don't want to say but:  I told you so!

Re: Dark Souls 2 v0257

Yeah, I can confirm: the ambient values work now. (Now to get those Sky, Sun and Fire settings, right?)
It's a pity so many people are crashing by the way. I only had one crash, and that was before I disabled the Steam Overlay.
