Well, this is odd.
I found out that the Demigod HBAO+ bits, which show up through fog and the HUD normally and will turn off with the HUD is invisible, actually works perfectly with the game when ENB is running. It stops showing up through fog and no longer turns off when the HUD is hidden. Funny coincidence, if not intentional. So I'm just using HBAO+ for now since the ENB AO is bugging out.

Oh my. Guess I have to thank you, Boris. Whether or not you like the game, you still managed to whip out an ENB for DkS II. Thank you very much for your continued hard work.
I'll test some stuff out and see if I can't push out some interesting screenshots. Thanks again!

Re: Dark Souls 2 v0257
Is there an easy way to alter the hue of light sources, for eg. to get direct light project a blue light?

No, i don't think this feature is useful, direct light is sun (may be something else when sun invisible) and forcing it to single color for all locations??? Even don't know how to handle this with lua scripts.

I think wickfut may mean point lighting instead of direct lighting. You could use bloom for that, although it will not change the light it casts but the colour of the light itself, if that makes sense.

Glad this is already picking up a decent amount of heat from the player-base.
midhras:
Really quickly wanted to mention how spectacular all of your screenshots looked. Can't wait to see what you churn up with Dark Souls II.

In testing thread i got very bad results, crashing occur without any chance to be detected by trials and errors method and differently for all users. Don't know what to do then, drop development at all?

How come the LOD bias was removed? It is working for me on v0.256.

If ENB crashes for some people and you don't manage to find a common cause, just go on for people that don't have issues, see how updates for GPU drivers and Dark Souls 2 improve (or not) things, and get a more "distant" view of the problems to analyze them better.ENBSeries wrote:In testing thread i got very bad results, crashing occur without any chance to be detected by trials and errors method and differently for all users. People that have issues can always disable ENB or use SweetFX instead. It's better having something instable than nothing at all (apart if it's endanger your life).

Re: Dark Souls 2 v0257
I agree, I think you should lay off the crash reports for now and continue development of the DS2 ENB, because me and many others do not have an amount of crashes that bothers us. They happen but they are inconsistent.
