Hi,
I have the same issue, but it seems bDeferredShadows can't fix it, neither removing enbhelper.dll from enbseries folder.
I've tried with a clean install, with many different presets, and only *interiorday and *interiornight settings are working.
Furthermore, sun seems to be nearly invisible behind clouds.
A little example with default enbseries settings, just outside whiterun, 11-12h, weather set to 10e1f2:

Configuration:
Enb: tried with every binaries from v200
TESV: v1.9.32 ( hex-modified the two "d3d9.dll" strings to "d3Fx.dll" otherwise ENB won't detect my gtx 780m, even with optimus fix)
No mods except Bethesda HD texture pack
GPU: GTX 780m (+iHD4600 - sadly I can't disabled it without loosing video output)
CPU: I7-4700mq
OS: Win 8.1.1 x64
