I used TexMod for custom textures. You manually add them by following this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKHse9Smcw0. After you get the correct in game textures, replace them (keeping their name) with the corresponding modded files and continue the tutorial. If anyone has a simpler solution let me know!
