Re: TES Skyrim 0.254

I'm not sure if this has already been discussed or not (I searched and didn't find anything on here) but the detailed shadow setting appears to have some issues with grass, seems to be very specific though? I've only noticed the issue during rainy weather so far, but I haven't played much so I don't know if there are other times that the issue appears as well. The shadows darken grass objects incorrectly, but not only that, they also change the color of the grass. At night when raining, the shadows make the grass purple, and in the day time, it just alters the color a bit. I played around with pretty much every setting there is, and the only thing that affected the grass this way was the detailed shadows. I don't have any grass mods, and lighting mods, no texture mods that affect the vegetation, the game is pretty much vanilla. I also tried using various ENB presets just to see if it was something I did, but they all have the same problem. I'm using ENB v0254.

edit: it's hard to see the shadows in the pics below because I had cloud shadows on, but the dark areas in the first two pics and the green area under the tree in the third pic are all where the shadows of objects in the game are.

Running nVidia 660ti if that helps.

Do you have any links by chance? I searched for some fixes before posting on here and found nothing. I even tried the latest skyrim flora overhaul.

I don't have links. Ask in gallery thread or in particle patch.

I'm trying to get [underwater] working with my ENB

Why is it that in shallow water it looks all yellow and not blue or green?

How can I make it blue?

I took that screenshot when it was a nice sunny day.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.254

I don't know. Ask someone in Creation Kit forum category of Bethesda web site or download weather or water mods and compare colors, then open mods and find out by trials and errors what color is that.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.254

Does anyone that injects SMAA with ENB notice any difference in quality? To me, the only difference I can tell is that the text looks a bit more jagged with SMAA. I have EdgeAA enabled and TemporalAA, SubPixelAA, and TransparencyAA set to false.

Re: TES Skyrim 0.254

Difference in quality compared to what? For me, if fences do not flicker I got "enough" AA. I would probably go with either Boris' AA or SMAA btw and ramp up the quality as necessary.
