Does ENBoost replace the need for FNV4GB?

I've been playing Fallout New Vegas with FNV4GB to remove the 32bit memory cap. I'm also running the latest .249 ENB and I noticed this line in the enblocal.ini

ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true

Does that do the exact same thing as FNV4GB? If so does that mean I can uninstall FNV4GB? I sure hope so.

4gb patch work differently. ExpandSystemMemoryX64 is designed to use with 4gb patch (but it's natively for skyrim, which don't need 4gb patch), without patch it's almost useless. Also players say that 4gb patch not required for fallout if enboost enabled and properly configured, as game don't reach 2gb memory usage with it.
