When using ENB, you can press Shift + Enter to configure everything on an on the fly interface . Now, after replacing the video card (680 - 780 TI Amp), the interface appears normally, but nothing can be changed. the .ini files are not read-only, I loked for an answer in google found no solution to the problem. Changed just new versions of the driver and the geforce experience. I have no other opened programs affecting enb like msi afterburner.

You do have program(s) which hook input, because graphic drivers or videocard can not affect input device messages.
