I installed ENBSeries a while back just to try it out. Ended up installing it wrong (with the FNV4GB mod it needs a different installation than usual, so the 4GB mod's launcher wasn't working). So I did a clean install and the NVSE loader wouldn't start up. I didn't see the big deal, since NVSE works using the default Fallout NV launcher. So I installed the 4GB mod and that launcher wasn't working either. Uninstalled the game, re-installed, started the game up, vanilla style, working fine. Installed NVSE, NVSE_loader wasn't working. Installed game again. Same thing. FalloutNV.exe shows up in processes, but just doesn't show the window or have sound. It's in the processes for a second or two but then disappears. Never had this problem until I installed ENBSeries. Can't launch any alternate FNV loader (FNV4GB.exe, NVSE_Loader.exe, ModOrganizer, Nexus Mod Manager). Only the original FalloutNVLauncher.exe. I can't think of any other reason besides this mod. Steam cloud sync is off, and I paid for the game via Steam, so it's a 100% legit digital copy. Any ideas and/or help is appreciated.

Is the mod running properly with default game and you see changes it made? If not, then install latest DirectX Runtime or find if any software hook in to game process or graphic applications in general. I don't know how to use 4gb patch with the mod, many times here users posted about different folder or something like that.
