d3d9.dll causing Skyrim to crash.

Hi. I love ENB, modding Skyrim and having my game look top-knotch. However, I've been running into a problem. Whenever I insert d3d9.dll into my Skyrim main folder in the steam/steamapps/common/skyrim, the game crashes. It crashes even faster when I load it using SKSE. Running it has administrator does not fix this problem. I'm unsure what to do as I followed the mod I am using instruction's to the letter. Any response would be great, thanks.

Install latest DirectX Runtime from microsoft web site.

Nope. Skyrim is still crashing before any loading screens. Just a little black box in the top left followed by Skyrim.exe has stopped responding. I'm considering adding enbpatch.ini, configuring it to detect the correct d3d9 of course.

Then it's crapware running or steam overlay, search here about this.

Load order? Use TES5 Edit to check if that is crashing you, and use LOOT to fix the load order if you have not already.
