[Skyrim] CTD on startup without error message

I'm encountering CTDs withe Skyrim. These crashes occur a moment after I see the dragon emblem on the main menu. I'm using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 and enbseries v0.262 with the RealVision ENB that is on the Skyrim Nexus. I know this isn't a lot to go on, but I will give any more information that is asked for. Any help is appreciated.

Yes I did, but LOOT says that there shouldn't be any problems with mods interacting with each other, and I used an installer for all of them, so that should be done correctly. I haven't actually played a game on this PC, so there shouldn't be any loose scripts floating around.

I just tried ENB with all plugins disabled and that does work. So it seems that its a mod that causes this. I didn't consider that as almost all mods I'm using have been used before expect for ENB. Thanks for the help.

Alright, I've found the culprit. It was a Climates of Tamriel Weather Patch that didn't have a requirement installed for some reason.
