Regarding the light shining through roof, the weird thing is that I don't have the issue or can't reproduce it, so I'm guessing it must be something something specific to game setup. Perhaps a mod that alters the roof? Or a lighting mod such as RL?
The effect is done with a glow map, same as the windows, so nothing extraordinary there. I think emissive color is disregarded, in any case I don't think it should cause such a huge discrepancy with ENB.

I do remember that Thanks for the great instructions, should be a breeze sailing through this time around.

Thanks, that's wicked!

Mindflux
You're indeed correct, man.
It was JawZ's ELE-Legendary_Lite.esp (Most recent Nexus version) that was making the changes to these lights.
With ELE disabled the roof cracks return to their warm, yellowish colour.
JawZ
With that said, I'm guessing it may have something to do with the FXWthrInvertWindowsWhiterun & FXWthrInvertLightsWhiterun edits that you make? I haven't had a proper good look at ELE in xEdit yet, but that seems to be the most obvious thing, no?
At this point it's something to take to the ELE - Lite thread on the Nexus, but since I'm using ELE - Lite, ELE - Weather (v49) and RS for my ENB preset, a 'fix' would be nice
*EDIT*
Okay. I can confirm that by deleting the FXWthrInvertWindowsWhiterun & FXWthrInvertLightsWhiterun edits from ELE - Lite, everything returned back to this:

Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB
Found the lava crater, and hell yeah it does look funky. Not sure there's much I can do about it other than fix the flames, it should be at least textured again and I don't really want to go that far since I would be changing the game's look which is not the intention of the patch. Maybe a separate mod, the regular fireplaces look as bad -- these actually use the same texture, not sure why there would be wood embers in the crater... Other than that the objects using a glow map are slightly problematic since they all fall under [WINDOWSLIGHT] category, not sure if it will be a problem.
I did however catch a couple of minor bugs in the creek meshes nearby, so I updated the patch with those + fixed crater flames.

Could you remind me what the ice shader fix does? Based on the name I assume it is doing something relating to ice but my frozen brain can't figure out what
DoH Search before posting is todays lesson:

But in case anyone else was curious I will leave my post instead of deleting it.Added a fix for a number of Soltsheim water meshes as reported by Aiyen + a little ice shader patch that will prevent ice covered objects from glowing.

Yeah that fire ash texture is on my todo list of things. Once I get annoyed enough with it anyways. It is always annoying that there seems to be a white tint layer on top of it.
I did try a few things of my own on those craters.. but they are just so weirdly put together imo and nothing impressive came out of it.

mindflux: GIEF!.. or at least show an image of how it looks with those funky craters!
Any texture for that without the brightness overlay or whatever it is would be nice to have!
