Any word on what the mod is that allows me to mess with the DoF near and far? ENBeffect I think was?

Is there a command page, to browse through? I would like to know how to get my character and followers to look at enemies or objects or them to look at me?

Also is there a mod for facial expressions, when fighting or talking and such?
