Skyrim 0.266 - washed out skies?

I've been updating my Skyrim preset for the latest 0.266 binary, and I just can't get any good color from the sky. When comparing to non-ENB (by toggling shift-F12), my preset's sky is always much dimmer and washed out, and I can't get that nice brilliant sky blue color.

I've tried disabling mist and fog, but that mostly just seems to affect the gray-ness of distant terrain below the horizon. I can also ramp the sky intensity way up to 5 or 10x to make it brighter, but it's still a very desaturated not-very-blue color compared to the non-ENB shading (even with gradient desaturation at 0).

Am I missing something simple? Or can someone point me to a preset for 0.266 that has saturated blue skies that I can try comparing to?

Gamma/curve parameters of the sky must be modified as they represent linearization of colors.
