Re: TES Skyrim 0.277

Sorry to sound stupid but what does this mean ??...Added parameters to profiler to visualise ambient occlusion, indirect lighting and reflections, this will help to find balance between quality and performance (press apply changes button).Ive looked at the enbseries.ini but cant see and new settings. Also any ENB after 266 gives me stuttering when i turn the camera, any help is appreciated.

Why don't you post list of processes?
Madpaddy
Profiler do not have ini setting, use editor.
Also any ENB after 266 gives me stuttering when i turn the camera
No changes made between 0.266 and 0.269+ which may somehow affect this.

My processes.

Bare in mind what ever is running does not affect wrappers under 277.

Thanks.

Have you tried disabling the NVidia Stereoscopic 3D Vision service (NvSCAPISvr.exe)?

Kill processes which are not Windows related, you have a lot.

What processes are they ? - I never had to disable processes before, to play Skyrim with your ENB. :o

Boris and others here are trying to help you identify the cause of your issue. Boris can't test every hardware/software scenario to determine any and every possible compatibility issue that might arise from code changes in a new binary so he relies upon users to help identify issues that he can't test (such as AMD issues or software that he can't/won't use, e.g. "crap ware"). Simply repeating that it worked before is not helpful in identifying any potential sources of your crashing problems.

For example, if it's an Nvidia process that Boris can't check because he doesn't have compatible hardware, he'll need you to confirm that before he determines whether or not it can be fixed. Similarly, if it is software related, he will need you to confirm this because he's already stated that he has reasons not to run many of the software items that other people use in tandem with Skyrim.

Your process list includes a number of items that are not Windows related:

nvSCPAPISvr.exe is, as I've said, the Nvidia 3D vision service
CTAudSvc.exe is a Creative Audio service, likely running a tray applet for your Creative audio card
AvastSvc.exe is an antivirus, known for flagging d3d9.dll and/or enbhost.exe and closing the application
FCUpdateService.exe is "Foxit Cloud Update Service" for an application called "Foxit Reader"
PnkBstrA.exe is a peer-level application for multiplayer games
AvastVBoxSVC.exe is part of the Avast VM VirtualBox application
TeamViewer_Service.exe is a 3rd party remote control application for Windows

That's just the first few I looked up on Google. You can look up the rest, but I don't think it's fair to ask Boris to load all that crap software to test his binaries. That's your job, since you already have them installed. You can shut down these services one by one to test whether one of them is responsible for your game crashing with the 0.277 binaries.

To shut down and/or disable services (to prevent them from starting again on a reboot), type "services.msc" from the "Run..." option in the Windows Start Menu. Double-clicking on services will provide you the options of starting/stopping or disabling them.

I would start by verifying that d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe are added to the exceptions list of your antivirus program. Next, I would get rid of the PunkBuster service. You don't need it for Skyrim. Then take a look at any applications that have tray components. Any that you don't need, try disabling them, closing them or shutting down the service associated with them.

Edits in red.
