I told him I was doing a 4K retexture and asked for permission to release it. I guess I got my answer...... he rushed out his new 4K version.johnskyrim wrote:That's what I thought too. Plus, I don't see why he always rushes releases with bad textures, only to re-do them a few days later but doesn't include a variety of screenshots :\

Re: TES Skyrim
Would be cool if you would release your version on here. Nobody gets hurt by that.

Re: TES Skyrim
I don't know if that's true. As long as I'm using his assets, I would still have an issue with Nexus. The only way to avoid that would make the textures entirely my own work. That would mean recreating the normal maps entirely from scratch. I haven't tried doing that before, but it could be done... it would just take a bit of work.Pfuscher wrote:Would be cool if you would release your version on here. Nobody gets hurt by that.
It would've been nice to at least get a reply. I don't think he really gets the whole idea of a modding "community".... it's supposed to be about sharing, and learning from others.

Nice detail on the textures, and very dimensional. Looks like a Dragonborn DLC thing.... is that right?johnskyrim wrote:Probably my two favourite shots from my latest mod
