Problems with HD7750

I‘m playing skyrim. And I'm having trouble with part of the enb effects. I can only enable DOF,HDR,Sunglare in 0.279. If I get to install some other preset, or to enable SSAO,Subsurface Scattering or reflection, it's draw me some weird triangles then crash my game few seconds later... What's wrong with that?

Crapware or bad drivers. If it looks like this http://i.imgur.com/3tvt4jL.jpg then in 99% cases it's videocard hardware fault, from overheating f.e. or just time based degeneration. Try to reduce frequency of gpu and vram, may help. Or/and change thermointerface of gpu.

No , not like this. And my game crashes if I re-enable ssao

Then it's crapware, driver bug or forced antialiasing (in drivers also).

but I'm not having any problems with other games. How to fix this one? Will reinstalling driver help? And if I want to use this mod, I’ll have to disable all driver forced effects?

Ask yourself why others do not have issues like you have. I said what types of issues are most common, there is nothing i can do with your pc by myself. Install old driver first of all.
