How do I get rid of that part? Thanks for your help.

It also has a big problem with interior dust, as it gets applied afterwards, it looks unrealistic. Also Fallout's clean interior view distance with like 30meter is dumb.
What ao mode did you choose?
Ambient Occlusion Mc Fx
ofc mc fx is the only ao methods in the reshade framework but what method did you choose?
SAO?
RAYMARCH HBAO?
SSGI?
HBAO?
Raymarch AO?
SSAO?

Also, about the interior dust
It's because reshade is using their ao methods by the depth data from fallout 4.
Which causes bleeding in some circumstances.

Ah now I get it AO_method is from 1-4. Therefore I had SSAO. Which one do you recommend? HBAO?

Thanks Gorgulla, I feel a bit stupid now ^^ but I'm glad Fallout looks a lot better now.
