This really is the work? At the expense of RAM? I set a 6144 and I found it a lot.

Using SSD Pagefile with 16GB DDR4 2666 mhz with 4GB VRAM, sure no problem at all.

CPU core 1 and 2 monitored both at 40% usage.
Have you changed your FOV by any chance I find any FOV above 80 starts to effect FPS in some spots.Dont forget to set shadow distance to medium too.

Well I have 16gb ram and SSD with 970gtx 4gb but I think 8k in the ENB memory section is more than enough myself, I find the more I add the more it seems to lag and stutter past the 6-8k mark.

Other than that different directx files because of win10 have lower performance.
Most people reporting this issue have been on 8. I use 10 and I don't experience this bug.

Seems it's because game incorrectly computes amount of free memory, this value is 64 bit variable and probably they use partially 32 bit math on it.
What is wrong with objects i don't know, noticed that many times.
Does this mean we should be using values divisible by 1024 on the size of the video memory?

This doesn't mean anything. Set lower value or higher, doesn't matter unless hi-res textures will be released.

Re: Fallout 4 0.283 ENBoost

Tried to turn on turbo boost and with or without ENBoost everything is the same, drops to 3.7 ghz from 3.9 as long as game window is active. It's probably because of cpu differencies and motherboard setting for turbo boost (my default looks like all cores use this feature and not like official Intel paper says).
