Don't you worry about that word "freak". See, if you are good at something people understand, you are "cool". If you are good at something people DON'T understand, you are a "freak". Best compliment one can do, actually.

On topic, can't wait to see your AO. Every generic solution introduces fog bleeding naturally and your AO is a million times ahead of what Bethesda dares to call AO. Plus the lighting is outdated and some of your skyrim effects would do wonders.

Re: Fallout 4 0.283 ENBoost

Once again, I know next to nothing about what ENB can do and what it cannot do, but I came across this texture compression mod that improves performance (big-time in some cases) by reducing how much VRAM textures use through compression at the cost of some quality loss. I was wondering if ENB is capable of something like that.

Is this the right thread to post suggestions of Fallout 4 ENB features? I mostly care for:
- Improved SSAO
- Texture Sharpening (although ENB can be used with ReShade)
- Performance
- VRAM use reduction

I like to be called a freak, that means people think i'm different, don't want to be one of the many.

Also looking forward to your AO in Fallout 4 :) (Your AO for Skyrim is second 2nd to none)

I'll patiently wait - it'll be worth it ;)

MonarchX
Textures cannot be compressed on the fly, it's just wasting of performance and awful quality uncomparable to offline compression algorithms. Reducing vram usage is not possible without source code, because only proper texture streaming able to handle this task.

But helps acceleration, I turned it off for the experiment, and was surprised to see the difference between 3.5 GHz and 4.5 GHz completely invisible, and while on the bridge looking at the city of drawdown is very noticeable, frame rate drops from 80 (restricted to the ENB) 30. Even when using the latest version of the mod, I have drop fps looking at the dense vegetation, on version 281 no such a problem. The msinfo32 file is attached.

Oh yeah also I had to Tinker with nvidia inspector to enable SLI

I just wanted to comment and show my support. Your work is always incredible, and we all love and appreciate it. The Nexus (and Internet, really) is filled with low IQs and entitlement issues, so just ignore the people who can't be bothered to read and understand what you're doing.

I'll be playing Fallout 4 for a long time, so take your time working on this, we're all patient :) I can't wait to see how incredible this game will look with your expertise applied.

Cheers!
