Crapware is type of software which hooks in to game process. Almost all these applications have the same copy-pasted code which can't work with wrappers or with other similar applications (users frequently install and run several at once). This includes GeForce Experience, Steam overlay, D3D Overrider, Afterburner, EVGA tools, Razer and Logitek background services, RadeonPro, many screen capturing tools, Avast antivirus and some other antiviruses, many more other applications. But i think the issue happens because of other reasons, crash on load rarely happens because of crapware, it's mostly memory problems, wrong changes made to game config files and driver bugs. Also corrupted save game may cause that and some tool named save game cleaner or something like that helps as i heard. If you are 100% sure that that saved game is loading fine without ENBSeries installed, then try to set UsePatchSpeedHackWithoutGraphics=true and try again. If fails, then also ExpandSystemMemoryX64=false and ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=false. If these two will not helps, then definetly it's some other software affecting the code.
PS: My time cost nothing at this moment for people who listen
