I've just reformatted my whole PC and now I. Everytime I try to run my game with any enb, I load up and can't change the resolution. I scroll which resolution I want then I hit enter. My game freezes for like 10 seconds then goes back to its normal resolution (800x600). On the settings it said it on 1920x1080x32 but its on 800x600.

Then when I try to relaunch my game with the ENB my game will not launch untill I delete gta_sa.set again.

Change resolution without mod installed. But i'm sure you will have other issues with it, because this behavior is abnormal. Crapware is your doom.
