Dragon's Dogma : Long Loading screens

I'm using the newest ENB for this game (v0.297)but the load times are horrible, even with the loading screen fix. I can have the settings on max and it runs at 60fps perfectly fine but the loading is 2mins long. If it bring the framerate down to around 15fps then it loads in just a few seconds but I don't feel like doing that every time I wanna leave or enter somewhere.

I can't do anything, it's game multithreading issue. Turn on fps limiter with very low value of it when loading game.
