Thanks for the update. Time for even more tweaking.

Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.299
The tool requires a DA savestate, but I had some trouble converting a Xbox360 save today as well. So just in case you missed it, you need to unpack the DD_SAVEDATA_01 file to DD_Savedata (a tool called wxPirs worked for me). If you already did that I'm afraid I can't help with the issueENBSeries wrote:Folks, i can't convert my xbox savegame to Steam version, tool wrote that neither saves are dark arisen. Could this be because played non arisen game and and then installed arisen and save was just updated? I don't know how to test new weathers without my saves.
Also thanks for the update, eagerly awaiting the preset creators to update their files with the new features

So can someone do that with my PS3 save? I'm having trouble with it.

For PS3, you need to decrypt the DATA file from the save before using it with the tool.wickfut wrote:So can someone do that with my PS3 save? I'm having trouble with it.
Check the BruteForce savedata tool (that's the actual name) for this. I haven't used it in ages and I think it requires some info about the console you copied the save from; best to look up a guide.
Happy I could help, Boris!

Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.299
In this Steam forum post, someone wrote some steps that worked perfectly for my PS3 save.

Anyone else have an issue with hair being really bright? It will switch back to normal if you have the camera in just the right spot, but otherwise it seems like it's full bright.

Sometimes the hair clips out of the ao solution, so it might be exacerbated by an ambient light/weather based ao solution. I'm guessing that's the case anyways.Confidence-Man wrote:Anyone else have an issue with hair being really bright? Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.299
Hairs not drawed to depth properly, their polygons inversed, so in depth everybody are bold. Same for normal map g-buffer. In first version of the mod i made parameter for fixing this, but it produced another bugs where objects with flipped triangles must be drawed for real. Also hairs sometime not drawed to depth at all, not shadowed, etc, i can't do anything with that, shadows and ao drawed before such buggy hairs. Plants have such bug also, but it less noticable.
Did a fix for ssao/ssil which makes much brighter ssil if camera very close to objects, will do an update or add it to new release, not sure yet. I want to get rid of afwul game glow when depth of field enabled.
