From my testing, if you disable the DOF in the options menu, DOF in ENB won't work at all, so I think you have to keep it on.

About the Detailed Shadows and Grass, personally, I think it looks good. Though, it could use better textures.

That's probably some other type of fog calculation algorithm, not distant+vertical. Don't know where Quarry is for testing.

Guzio
EnableExternalShader is what activates enbgamedepthoffield.fx shader vs vanilla internal.

Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.300

blackrabite -- Thanks for the info.

Boris -- When DOF is disabled in the game options, even if EnableExternalShade is set to true, game depth of field isn't working for me.

One user send me a save file from the Chamber of Lament location:

Using your preset v0.300:

Looks like somethin is wrong with the distant fog when ENB is enabled.

EDIT: File deleted

I don't know how to convert save to my Steam version of the game with the save convertion tool.
When DOF is disabled in the game options, even if EnableExternalShade is set to true, game depth of field isn't working for me.
Obviously why it should work if it game dof and it's disabled in game video options?

Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.300

Thanks for the answer :)

You need to unpack your savefile and the savefile you want to use, to XML format using a Savegame tool and cmd:

http://steamcommunity.com/app/367500/di ... 187495873/

at the end of your file you find your steamID, just copy this line to the second save, and repack it. Before loading this save better to change game mode to offline.

Attached unpacked save from the Chamber of Lament.

Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.300

Okay, fixed that fog issue, was my mistake with scalar instead of vector variable. But i don't understand yet, why game dof changes focusing distance all the time in there.

Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.300

Well, game dof "flickering" at that place is game bug, shader variable of focusing distance changes value to big negative. Guess the only solution is to ignore negative values and use previous sent by the game. But it's not guarantee that game will not send extremely big positive value randomly. Well, in that case all i could do is to ignore certain value. Let me know if such place will be found. I'll update mod soon.

Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.300

Version updated, download again
Fixed bug with fog color and did workaround for game depth of field flickering (focus distance changes).

Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.300

Thank you :)

Edit: I think I'm getting annoying :)

I noticed that the "DarkeningAmountInterior" parameter works like inversely:

1.50 - brighter
Image

0.50 - darker

Re: Dragon's Dogma 0.300

It's probably mixing mode act like that with certain intensity and color of ambient. I'm restoring albedo by fake approximations and then pack image colors back, this is not always work. Change intensity of ambient and mixing type to see if i'm right about that. Mode -1 is physically correct, but only if you have true deferred split data.
