Right then, please test this in the same location:

It will be a considerable amount of work to fix all the related meshes in a similar fashion so I need to be 100% it's worth the trouble.

Thanks for the updates recently. Think I will repackage the one I host with all the new changes. Appreciate all the work you do Mindflux!

My pleasure, good sir! Maybe hold on a bit, I might update all the water fall meshes based on the feedback I get (if I get).

I have been trying to make some good screenshots for comparision, but now i can't even duplicate how waterfalls looked in my 1st pic !
I am not entirely sure why but i think the 1st night it was clouded and now there is an "open sky with galaxies and moons" so the lighting is different. I would have to take a look on how to manually manage CoT weathers

With, or without the patch you uploaded, they now looked like this

EDIT: I just realized, 1st screenshot was made with a different present and a different ENB client (0.292). Give me a few seconds

EDIT2: ok, it is probably a preset thing? Real Vision preset, with either 0.292 or 0.303 clients make waterfalls "glow" during night

In case you wonder, the 1st screenshot in this post was taken with Grim and Somber Jyggalag preset
(http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50501/?)

Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB

Thanks for the feedback, very useful.

Sure, preset can a huge impact on how the waterfalls look like. Thanks for the link to the preset you were using, it's always useful to use the same one for testing.

Here's the difference you should be seeing between of what is now in the patch and the new modifation (with Grim's aforementioned preset):

With particle patch:

New modification:

The issue is not related to particles, by the way, however I have been thinking about looking into it from time to time since it has bothered me too.

Ignore the rocks, they're glitched because of ongoing other (unrelated) development.

Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB

Update out, waterfalls and creeks should no longer glow at night or in interior locations. If you spot any issues, please report.

Re: Skyrim particle patch for ENB

Hi mindflux,

Similar to the healing spell you fixed a few posts back, most of the Conjuration spells exhibit a similar issue.
Some of the spells also have small particle dots that turn black. See pics below.

Boris made a point that it can be weather dependent, which is correct in my experience.
I am hoping that it can be fixed by editing the texture or mesh.

Tested on vanilla Skyrim with no mods or texture packs installed.

ENB: Skylight Vanilla v70 (Binary 305 used)
Save: Skyrim Save (Credit for save goes to heatedsun)
Weather: fw 81a

Tested Spells:

Alteration
Detect Life (Globe)
Detect Dead (Globe)

Illusions
Call to Arms (Particle Dots)
Harmony (Particle Dots)
Hysteria (Particle Dots)
Mayhem (Particle Dots)

Conjuration

All spells except Soul Trap has the dark globe.
All Thralls - Death, Flame, Frost, Storm has the dark particle dots.
Summon Unbound Dremora (Particle Dots)

Thanks in advance. Let me know if you need more information.
