I'm pretty sure this topic comes up VERY often but I've tried every fix suggested I've seen with no success so I finally decided to post my problem after countless google searches with the same info or forum posts that are talking about another problem that isn't similar to mine...

So recently I decided to completely uninstall my skyrim and reinstall along with all my mods, the one thing that isn't working is the enb. I learned that it's the d3d9.dll that's causing the problem but only when it's grouped with enbseries, enblocal, and enbseries.ini. I've tried every single fix I saw from System32 fix, to the June 2010 DirectX fix and no success. I'm pretty sure this has something to do with nvidia drivers because I actually installed my enb when I had Windows 10 but all of a sudden after all this time... it stopped working.

I made this short video to show you what's going on with ENB and Windows 10: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Y3AspsUteE

Any help would be greatly appreciated and it would also be helpful if someone can tell the nvidia driver I need to revert back to, I think it was 355.60 but I'm not certain. Thanks in advance :)

I can't see on video, but looks like you don't know how to install mod properly and missed many required shader files. If this is not the case, i know that such freezing occurs when injector version (enbseries.dll) is renamed to d3d9.dll and when some crapware is running (don't remember, probably it was Afterburner for me). Make sure you don't have anything running from screen/video capturing tools, no antiviruses, no driver tools like GeForce Experience and what else is in new drivers. Do not use drivers above 355, they are reported as very buggy. What else, i don't know, don't remember any reports like this.
