If you don't have notice on startup, then check every software which may prevent the mod to work, otherwise it's out of video memory problem, but i don't believe it happen. Font message must appear at any case.

It seems I found the culprit!!!! It was my MSI afterburner On-screen Display that was causing the problem!!! 
I just turned it off then viola it now works. I'm using MSI Afterburner 2.2.0. Man, thank God for your suggestions. If it weren't for you I wouldn't have narrowed it down to this......Thanks a lot. I'm eager for your new updates. Hopefully, case closed. hehehe
