ENB FPS counter reporting FPS in the thousands

Hey guys, I've seen reports of this bug elsewhere (reddit, Nexus, etc.) but I didn't see a thread on here yet, so I figured I'd start one. Basically, my FPS is constantly reported as being in the range of 6,000-9,000 according to the ENB FPS counter, though when I use something like Fraps, it indicates my actual FPS in the range of 50-60. I know that this is affecting a fair number of other people and they all seem to be using the 305 binary as well from what I've seen.

I'm using Windows 10, binary 305 for TES V Skyrim. I have VSync enabled via NVIDIA Control Panel. This also happens when I enable FPS Limiter. Here's a pastebin of my enblocal.ini. This happens when I use any preset. It never happened before I updated to 305 binary.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Apologies if I missed a thread on this already / if Boris is already aware.

Same problem here. sometimes it is in the 4000s but usually its' 6-9k.

I've tried turning v-sync on and off and not really noticed a fix. One of the things I do will let it temporarily show a normal FPS, then it shoots up again.

Using Nvidia GTX 870m.

The fps is whether using ENB or using just the speed hack.

I don't think this can be fixed, not the bug of the mod, something else causing the bug. Computer is precise thing and if something not works the same as for others, it's because other soft.

Re: ENB FPS counter reporting FPS in the thousands

Thanks Boris. If that's the case, I can get by using Fraps for benchmarking when I need to. But it's worth noting, like I said, this issue seems to only be happening with the 305 binary -- I don't suppose you can think of any changes you made in 305 that could have impacted the FPS Counter? If not, no worries, like I said it's not a critical bug to me. :)

The changes made to that version includes fps counter, increasing presicion of it. I can understand if bug happen only for laptops with some power saving feature (then it's mod bug, i don't know how to test). What about new parameters in enblocal.ini set to 0? Is this elliminates the problem?

Works fine, I don't have such issue with my current HW/SW setup.

Re: ENB FPS counter reporting FPS in the thousands

So sorry for the delay, I got pulled out of town for work at the last minute and have been gone all week. I looked today at my enblocal and compared to the 292 version. As far as I can tell, the only difference is the [THREADS] section, and I have everything disabled there already, as per my understanding, it should only be enabled to help recover save files. Here's a pastebin copy of my enblocal for reference.

Everything looks properly. May be you haven't installed localization files from "enbseries" folder? It's new feature. Otherwise, it's crapware or driver bug.
