Re: Fallout 4 0.307
That would be a crazy waste of System resources using both

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
I think they are very complementary as they look and behave very differently (which is normal since they are different kind of AO). HBAO with Enb SSAO/Il look gorgeous. And SSAO doesn't cost a lot neither, I was surprised but it's pretty well optimized. I get only 3-5 fps hit while using it.

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
For me the impact of mixing ENBs AO + HBAO+ is nearly double the overhead the idea to mix it with Bethesdas Default AO though could be quiet interesting
in Dialogue i measured something like
No AO = 40 FPS
Hbao+ = 30 FPS
Hbao+ + ENB AO = 25 FPS
@Boris
Dithering seems to have almost 0 effect here time for extra Noise ?

SSAO looks very good. Can't wait for the water effects when they're finally in.

@Boris
The Pip-Boy Display runs in his own Post Processing Space that ENB can't reach yet ?
Normally ENB Saturation Darkens the whole Frame but the Pip-Boy Display seems totally unaffected
I wanted to get it's Display not so washed out like in Bethesdas Processing (more solid black) but i realized it isn't affected what ever i do then i tried this and was surprised
Bethesdas darker Processing inside their Original Color Filter

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
Love the SSAO.
Returning to Fallout 4 after a while in order to check out the DLC's, I notice that I get flickering reflections with ENB, i.e. the reflection in puddles flickers on and off depending on the angle. The issue is gone if I remove ENB, but I don't want to do that. Anyone who has an idea what might cause it?

Pipboy was masked without post processing when i modded the game half year ago. Don't know what is it now.
Arkngt
I can't see flickering as hard as i try. It flickers without mod too, just not all the time. Same with mod.

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
For me actually Bethesdas Bloom Shine effect seems to have a tendency to flicker but i didn't tried for a long time to start and look at the results pure without any ENB even getting into the Render Chain @ all
And sometimes yeah i have the feeling i see textures flickering as well in tbe Background lod on certain angles but i guess all these are base Engine and Temporal AA issues mostly

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
If I enable AO feature via ENBSeries does it recommended to disable the game SSAO itself? I mean not HBAO+, just SSAO High Quaility Settings and just let ENBSeries SSAO enabled, nothing else?ENBSeries wrote:Fallout 4 (TES With Guns)
ENBSeries 0.307 (graphic mod) / ENBoost (patch)
Added some environment lighting controls and ambient occlusion.
Thank you!

Re: Fallout 4 0.307
The flickering seems glitchy as I sometimes have it and sometimes not (with ENB), but I've never seen flickering just like it w/o ENB (IIRC, it was a couple of months ago that I played the game). I'll try capturing a clip of it if I can.
