First try increasing ambient light intensity under [ENVIRONMENT].

Yeah, guessed that judging by the image you posted.

Do you have bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 set?

In skyrimprefs.ini bFloatPointRenderTarget is set to 1, maybe is bDrawAndLandShadow=1 the problem?

No, it shouldn't be a problem but if you have tweaked your ini files and are in doubt it's better to restore the default ones (rename the current ones and start the launcher).

Are you using a mod manager of any sort, i.e. is it possible that you have multiple ini files on your system?

At end i found the problem: the dxgi.dll and dxgi.fx, delete this and i notice that i don't have the black shadow. But seriously, sharpshooter what the hell is heavy?

i have a 960 4 gb, 1680x1050, only smim, parallax 2k and sharpshooter but i have 30-45 fps. So i change ENB with another more less heavy (DarkLight enb) only 5-10 fps loss, but i have a problem with the god rays: are too light and powerful just the image. Reinsert the dxgi.dll fix god rays but all is red, dark.

God, i don't know how to go again with this problem. Image

The dxgi.dll and dxgi.fx are not part of ENB but SweetFX, a post-processing injector.

Why not just decrease [RAYS] intensity in enbseries.ini and/or the weather files?

Works, but anothe problem: all is too dark, night all is red.

ps: you know some ENB with only low fps loss, like 5-10 fps loss?

I meant remove dxgi.dll and then decrease the [RAYS] intensity. Can you post a screenshot on how the game looks then?

No idea about low performance hit preset since any preset can be easily configured for high FPS.
