I always wondered what SSAO "SamplingQuality -1, 0, 1, 2" mean. Is this plain sample count and if yes, how many samples does your AO take, Boris?

is it possible that the hdtSkyrimOIT.dll is interferring? Have you tried removing that, and seeing if the problem exist? Just taking a wild guess honestly, im not in the know or anything.

Have you tried setting your desktop resolution to be the same you're trying to play with? That's what I have to do when I play with weird resolutions.
