Hey,
I recently started getting back into Skyrim after not playing for a few months. In the few days that I've played, I've gotten some really weird graphical bugs that never happened before.

I am not completely sure if this is an ENB issue or something else. How the bug acts makes me think it is ENB but I am not sure.

Randomly, usually when I'm in an interior setting, the color of my game goes really light or dark, like someone put a filter over it. Sometimes specific actions will trigger it -- the most common being when an inventory/trade window is opened, or I equip an item -- other times it seems to happen for no reason. Sometimes further actions will make the colors change a little. For example when I press the screenshot key, all the colors become a lot lighter. Going outside is the only way I've found to consistently get rid of this effect.

Also when I go outside, the world will suddenly become a lot darker in certain places. This seems to be completely random.

No idea why this started happening. I do have a lot of mods, but I only had this issue start after I took a long break from Skyrim, and I didn't get any new ones since then. That makes me think it might be some kind of ENB or graphics card issue.

Another example - http://imgur.com/a/jYN1x I open the menu, some things (not my PC) become really light. I exit the menu, the light disappears.

Try another preset, if bug will not dissapear (but will look different a bit), then it's crapware or drivers. These days i started to receive a lot of strange reports.
