I don't see any reason to work on F3/NV any more. UsePatchSpeedhackWithoutGraphics is possible, UseDefferedRendering is not.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.278
When I disable everything except ReduceSystemMemoryUsage, hardware AA seems to become disabled but I would like to still use it.
All I would like to do is use hardware AA with ENBoost, is this possible?

No, it's impossible without code changes.

Does New Vegas work on Windows 10?
Or is it like Skyrim with that memory bug?

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.278
Boris, would you consider adding occlusion culling to the FO3/FNV ENB as like a final update?
I think it would solve a lot of the performance issues in these older games.
I know it's unlikely you want to go back and work on this game, but it would be very appreciated.
I dare say the New Vegas modding community is still much stronger than FO4 one; many people are still playing the game.

Memory bug is not a bug and it do not change anything, except stuttering and performance issues. But i don't know if NV works or not on win10. Wait, maybe someone tells about win10 compatibility.
OrmrSnaethorsen
It's not possible without source code and with modded games.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.278
New Vegas on Windows 10 worked fine up until recently. Nvidia made a driver update, 370.xx, which moved their drivers over to the new version of Windows's display driver model included in the "Anniversary Update". However, something done by Oblivion/Fallout 3/New Vegas while the game is loading isn't compatible with how the new WDDM works and causes it to crash, which Nvidia claims they can't fix.

Re: Fallout 3 / New Vegas 0.278
Good to know for some folks. But it's purely driver bug which can be fixed. Games can't just do not work because of changes in drivers like "new better drivers, old sucks". OS difference, CPU incompatibility - can do that, but in all other cases it's lie.

I've seen mention of this in several places now, but I haven't come across any issues like that.roxahris wrote:New Vegas on Windows 10 worked fine up until recently. I'm running Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit, with the latest Nvidia driver for my 980Ti (currently 373.06)
and all games, including Fallout New Vegas and Oblivion are still running as well, if not better, than they always have.
